These terms govern your use of eversiongames.in and any booking made through it, operated by Eversion Games Private Limited.

Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only once payment is verified. A reserved slot not paid for within the checkout window is released back to general availability.
• You must arrive on time. Arriving significantly late may shorten or forfeit your session at the venue's discretion.
• Party size must be within the minimum and maximum shown for the game at the time of booking.

Cancellations and refunds

Governed by the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Conduct and safety

Participation is subject to the health and safety information on the Safety & Waiver Information page. Eversion Games may refuse entry or end a session for conduct that endangers staff, other players, or the set.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login access secure. Staff and owner accounts are individually assigned and must not be shared between people.
