How do I book a session?
Choose a game, pick an open time slot, and pay online. You get a confirmation by email.
Do I need to sign up before booking?
No separate sign-up is needed. Each booking is linked to the email you book with. To view or manage your bookings, log in with that email using a one-time code.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, from Account > My Bookings, subject to the cancellation window in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
What is the minimum and maximum group size?
This varies by game and is shown on the booking page for that game.
Is the room suitable for children?
