• Booking details: game, date, time, party size, and payment status.
• Basic account data if you log in, such as your login method (phone or email) and session history.
• We do not collect or store payment card details. Payments are processed by PayU, which has its own privacy policy.

Why we collect it

• To create and manage your booking, including confirmations, reminders, and cancellations.
• To operate the venue safely, including matching a booking to the person checking in.
• To respond to enquiries sent through the corporate or contact forms.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your account and profile data at any time from Account · Profile; where a record must be retained for financial or legal reasons, it is anonymised rather than fully deleted.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, by writing to info@eversiongames.in or using the request form in your account.
